I used a combination of Auto CAD plans and Sketch Up models to create these draft visuals.

The top image is the first exterior draft. This visual used Auto CAD plans of which I altered and developed on Photoshop. I like the gradient sky effect but after printing and reviewing noticed scale problems with people and decided the realistic people juxtaposed the CAD too much and drew the eye away from the design.

The second and third images is draft 2 of my exterior visual This visual used my Sketch Up model of which I altered and developed on Photoshop like my previous visual. I rectified the person scale problem and decided on black silhouettes of people to give a hint of the amount of people. I’m happy with my glass extension but will continue to add detail and develop my visual in Sketch Up before refining in Photoshop.
